He messaged the HoN support on Friday, 12.6.2020, via email with an attached screenshot as a proof of him owning those avatars and asking them to add the promised silver boost to his account. Since then he has received 2 messages back, both stating the same - basically - we received your ticket, if you still need help reply to this message. How can he can get this solved?
