1,2x silver coins boost

during this Honiversary my brother purchased the first 2 avatars of the URSA set.

He messaged the HoN support on Friday, 12.6.2020,  via email with an attached screenshot as a proof of him owning those avatars and asking them to add the promised silver boost to his account.

Since then he has received 2 messages back, both stating the same - basically - we received your ticket, if you still need help reply to this message.

How can he can get this solved? Should he just wait a little longer, make a new ticket or contact someone particular?
