Nailzy 5 Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 (edited) Playing Balph a lot in midwars and he is just too weak late game in my opinion to do anything effective with his ult. 600 magic damage at level 3 on the basis you get full charges doesn't do much when practically everybody has 2000hp+ at that point. The minions do not feel like they ever cause 350 damage for each one killed..... Maybe staff to increase the max damage with lower charges, and make it cause a fixed 2.5 second slow to anyone instead of tapering?
