We will try our best to respond to them as soon as we can, but if you wait until it's too close to the closure date, your ticket may not receive a response. ================== If you get this error while logging onto HoN, it is because the account was deactivated due to inactivity/suspected that the account was compromised to protect the account (as accounts have been compromised quite often over the last few months). You can make a request here to do get it unlocked: https://support.heroesofnewerth.com/ We will verify ownership of the account and go on from there. We also strongly advise changing your password ASAP after recovering your account. Please be sure to not simply respond by email. Actually log onto the Customer Support Helpdesk to communicate with us - otherwise, you may miss some of our messages. Thank you for your understanding.
