Just want to throw some ideas based on one of Draconis' design.

Ideas:

Fiery Barrage

Cast Time: 0.3 / 0.4 seconds
Target Dual - Enemy Units
Type - Physical

Range: 825
Radius: 975
Mana Cost: 95
Cooldown: 9 seconds

Target a unit or position to unleash a cone-shaped flame, dealing auto-attack (+ the attack modifier except lifesteal) and applying a 0.2 second Stun and a 25% tapering Movement Speed Slow for 2.5 seconds (full slow at first 2 seconds) to enemy units within the cone radius (slow and stun are blocked by magic immunity).

Passively sets a target ablaze whenever Draconis deals auto-attack. A burning target receives Physical Damage equal to 20 + 25% of Draconis' Attack Damage over 4 seconds, and dealing 0.8/1/1.2/1.4x the damage to heroes. The damage rate is increased by 70% for each application of Fiery Barrage (each charge) on non-hero units only at maximum of 5/6/7/8 charges.

After 2 seconds, the target spreads the blaze to all other enemy units within 200 radius for 4 seconds. This blaze can spread from a unit a max of 4 times.

Dragonflame

Cast Time: 0.15 / 0.2 seconds
Target Unit - Ally Units

Range: 700
Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75
Cooldown: 18/15/12/9 seconds

Target an ally unit to instantly heal a 60/100/140/180 health and grant bonus 15/25/35/45 attack damage at cost of 15/25/35/45 health per auto-attack performed by target for 8 seconds or 4 performed auto-attacks (the health cost can't be used to deny self).

Cataclysm

Cast Time: 0.4 / 0.1 seconds
Target Position

Range: 1200
Mana Cost: 95/105/115/125
Cooldown: 200/160/120/80 seconds

Activate to fly to target position and summon an indestructible volcano at target location with indefinite duration. Only one volcano exists at one time from this active, making the previous volcano from this active deleted once the new one is summoned.

Passively spawns an indestructible volcano (has 95 collision size) at the position of any destroyed tower, both ally and enemy. The volcano deals 100/125/150/175/200% of Draconis' attack damage as structure damage to an enemy unit in 750 radius (unable to attack building, having same behavior as tower) and grants 800 units clear vision when Draconis is within 200 units to it (the damage gets updated per game frame time). Otherwise it will be on dormant state, giving no benefit to Draconis.

At the start of the game has been leveled up by 1.

Draconic Defense

Cast Time: 0.2 / 0 seconds
Target Position - All Buildings except enemy well

Range: 99999
Mana Cost: 100/125/150
Cooldown: 85/75/65 seconds
Channeling Time: 2 seconds

Fly to target building, ally well, or volcano, and land beside it.

Draconis and targeted building receives 200/300/400 health of post-mitigation shield for 8 seconds upon landing. Tower will break the shield first with its damage in order to be able to deal damage to intended target (pseudo disarm).

Staff of the Master boost: increase the shield health by 35 per existing volcano in the game.

Thought Process:

  • This idea tries utilizing volcano doodad of destroyed tower via the change of third ability.
  • This idea tries slightly bringing back Cataclysmic Assault, used to be Draconis' old ability, via the change of first ability.
  • This idea encourages Draconis to less reliant on auto-attack via the change of second ability while bringing back old ability so he will have different take than Forsaken Archer in regard of spread auto-attack.
  • The ultimate is slightly changed so destroyed tower as line of defense could be beneficial to Draconis when he obtains Staff of the Master.

Pros n Cons:

Pros:

  • Has many options to choose in facing several engagement against at early level.
  • Gives additional role to Draconis to be played as soft support.

Cons:

  • No global presence at early level.
  • No burst damage and damage based on enemy maximum health.
