Another hero suggestion from the thread owner

name: tidal spirit

attribute: intelligence

ability 1: throws blue wave attack on enemy target dealing 120/240/300/360 damage and slowing for 1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. (Tidal burst)

ability 2: throws green acid on enemy dealing 150/200/250/300 damage. (Acid bomb)

ability 3: activate into a buff version gaining 20% lifesteal and 5% movement speed for 4/5/6/7 seconds. (True form)

ultimate: area of effect black tar attack similar to soulstealers ultimate charge time 2 seconds dealing (400/500/600 damage) [Tar catastrophe]

New hero suggestion:

Name: Pajama knight

Ability 1: Giant swing: Deals 150/200/250/300 damage in a radius infront of you to enemies.

Ability 2: Burst of speed: Activate to gain 20/30/40/50% movement speed increase for 5 seconds.

Ability 3: Hammer wreck: Throw your hammer and stun the target for 2/3/4/5 seconds and deal 50/100/150/200 damage.

Ultimate: Column of flames: Charge for 1.5 seconds then release flames around you dealing 300/400/500 damage to any enemy hit by the flame.

No one knows its whereabouts but rumors around it. Some says it came from the test subject during the creation of Void Talisman by Legion of Man. The other says it was revered by some shamans among Beast Horde as an Avatar of Void. One thing for sure, it grants a title by ranked demons its banished as Ley Fey Hey Key, meaning Peacemaker.

Pulls self to enemy hero when an enemy hero hit is 255 units away or further from self. Deals 50/75/100/125 more Magic Damage when Peacemaker is disarmed and transfer Void Form to a first enemy hero hit when Peacemaker is already under Void Form.

Void Form gives Physical Immunity, -25% Damage Output, Disarmed, and -5.5 Magic Armor. Void Form doesn't stack and prevents Activation Modifier (and anything related to it) to apply its effect. 

[W] Fey Curve

Self Position - Enemy Units
Type - Magic

Cooldown: 14 seconds
Cost: 85/95/105/115 Mana
Radius: 275

Deals 100/150/200/250 Magic Damage to enemy units around self, applying Void Form to self for 4 seconds. Accelerates this ability's cooldown by 2 times when Peacemaker is disarmed and transfer Void Form to a nearest enemy hero hit when Peacemaker is already under Void Form.

Void Form gives Physical Immunity, -25% Damage Output, Disarmed, and -5.5 Magic Armor. Void Form doesn't stack and prevents Activation Modifier (and anything related to it) to apply its effect.

Target a hero to transfer Void Form from self to target and vice versa. Applies Void Form to self if both target and self aren't under Void Form. Unable to target hero under Void Form if Peacemaker is already under Void Form.

Who says no one unable to enjoy the festival in the midst of battlefield? Certain someone breaks the sentiment of battlefield as a place of terror and carnage because the one known as Festive Avatar brings the joy of festival onto battlefield. Let's celebrate battle as new joyful event.

Cooldown: 25 seconds

Summons marching spirits to march forward from self position to target position, dealing 20/25/30/35 Magic Damage upon collision to enemy unit. More technical info.

[E] Festival Effigy

Target Position - Enemy Units
Type - Magic

Cost: 100/115/130/145 Mana
Cooldown: 25 seconds
Cast Range: 900
Radius: 400
Projectile Speed: 1600

Summons Festival Effigy to target position, shooting random enemy units in radius up to 8/12/16/20 projectiles with 20 Magic Damage each. Can skip delay early at reduced shot projectile.

[R] Grand Banquet

Self - Ally Heroes
Type - Superior Magic

Cost: 150/200/250 Mana
Cooldown: 90/70/50 seconds
Radius: 700
Channeling Time: 5 seconds

Drops a Meal every 0.1 seconds at a random location within radius for 6 seconds or until ability is cancelled. The dropped meal remains in place for 1.5 seconds after the channeling ends until it gets picked up by ally hero through touching its 150 unit collision, absorbing 60/70/80% non-lethal post-mitigate damage for 1.5 seconds or one instance of damage. Damage absorption is capped at 30/70/110 damage and Meal caught stacks but only one instance of Meal is triggered against one instance of damage at time.

They defended and attacked assailant with a stunning level of speed and zeal, so their addiction to fight grew especially against the one who accused them. So, they started taking away their humanity and quickly raised up among Hellbourne ranks.

[W] - Tricky Boost

Target Unit - All Units
Type - Physical

Cooldown: 12 seconds
Cost: 75 Mana
Cast Range: 700

Target a unit to grant 3 Risky Power charges for 1.5 seconds, granting 30/50/70/90 attack damage by consuming a charge. Remaining charges upon the end of duration deals 30/50/70/90 Physical Damage and stuns 0.5 second per charge to target.

[E] - Swirl Throw

Target Position - Enemy Units
Type - Physical

Cooldown: 18/16/14/12 seconds
Cost: 75/85/95/105 Mana
Cast Range: 550/650/750/850
Touch Radius: 50/60/70/80
Channeling Time: 1.5 seconds

Channels to release line attacks at target position based on attack speed, dealing 25/50/75/100% attack damage as Physical Damage and auto-attacking a nearest enemy hit.

[R] - Projectile Barrage

Self - Enemy Units
Type - Physical

Cooldown: 80/70/60 seconds
Cost: 105/130/145 Mana
Radius: 500

Applies Flurry Throw to self for 6/7/8 seconds, dealing 40/55/70% of attack damage as Physical Damage to enemy units in radius per attack by 1 second delay and granting 12/16/20% bonus movement speed.

Beast Trader (Hellbourne)

Beast Traders once had special privilege among Legion of Man's ranks to favor them during the war against Beast Horde. Upon the unification between Beast Horde and Legion of Man, these people lost their privilege and rumored to be banished because they had no place to New Legion. So, they pledged their royalty to Hellbourne instead to keep their nature on Legion of Man's new ally and also wage war against their once ally.

Passively applies an individually timed Slaughter stack for 3 seconds to self whenever dealing non-DoT damage to an enemy unit, granting 4 bonus attack damage. Activates to grant 20/40/60/80 attack speed and double bonus attack damage from Slaughter stacks to self for 3/4/5/6 seconds.

[W] Beast Net

Target Position - Non-Ancient Neutral Units
Type - Magic

Cost: 35 Mana
Cooldown: 0.5 seconds
Cast Range: 600/600/1200/1200
Radius: 400
Charges: 1/2/2/3 (35 seconds recharge time)

Casts a net to target position, capturing neutral creeps in radius. Can only capture up to 6/7/8/9 neutral creeps, making the beast net prioritizing higher-ranked neutral creep to be captured.

Grants a sub-ability upon capturing a neutral creep, releasing all of them next to self position upon its activation. The sub-ability has 50/40/30/20 seconds cooldown and its cooldown is shared to Beast Net. Can't use sub-ability within ally fountain.

Released Neutral creeps are still neutral with a 12 seconds lifetime before denying themselves.

[E] Agitated Stomp

Passive

Cooldown: 0.9/0.7/0.5/0.3 second
Radius: 275

Deals 0/10/20/30 + auto-attack damage and applies 10/15/20/25% Movement Speed Slow to enemy units in radius to self whenever there are 3 or more enemies in radius.

[R] Anarchic Shout

Target Position - Enemy Units
Type - Magic

Cost: 120/160/200 Mana
Cooldown: 80/60/40 seconds
Cast Range: 900
Radius: 275

Pushes enemy units up to 300 units and applies Anarchy for 2.5/3.5/4.5 seconds to them in a 900 unit line. Radius of line starts out at 75 and ends at 275. 

Anarchy effect forces the affected units to attack nearby units in sight during duration. Non-hero units under Anarchy effect absorbs 35% damage taken against non-lethal damage and deal 20/30/40% more damage, taking the absorbed damage upon expiration of effect as non-lethal damage.

Patrols once were summoned spirit by Beast Shamans to counter the Scouts from Legion of Man upon their encounter in wilderness. Upon the unification between Beast Horde and Legion of Man, these spirits show their true color of their allegiance to Hellbourne and immediately possessed their summoners to continue their service to keep wilderness away from anything living.

Imbues auto-attack by leaving a smoke on its path for 1/1/1.5/1.5 seconds. Enemy units that are under the smoke take 15/20/20/25% Movement Speed Slow and Reveal them. Smoke also provides 150/150 range clear vision.

[W] Provocative Totem

Target Position - Enemy Units
Type - Magic

Cost: 85 Mana
Cooldown: 0.5 seconds
Cast Range: 700
Radius: 250
Charges: 3 (20 seconds recharge time)

Summons a totem at target position. Provocative totem is a neutral ward with 10000 health and 18 seconds lifetime, applying force attack every 3.5 seconds to visible enemy units in radius for 2 attack or 4.5 seconds and taking 55/70/85/100% of their auto-attack damage dealt as Magic Damage.

[E] Smoke Form

Toggle

Cooldown: 0.5 second
Timer: 6/5/4/3 seconds

Passively taking damage from enemy hero triggers smoke form for 3 seconds, increasing attack range by 200/250/300/350 and absorbing damage taken from hero's damage by using 0.8/0.7/0.6/0.5x mana. Toggle off to not trigger the passive.

[R] Soul Absorption

Target Unit - Enemy Heroes
Type - Magic

Cost: 120/160/200 Mana
Cooldown: 50/40/30 seconds
Cast Range: 900

Links self to target enemy for 6/8/10 seconds, dealing True Damage equals to mana loss and restoring mana equals to True Damage dealt during linking phase. The link provides 200/200 sight range around target and reveals them. Getting 1000/1100/1200 units away breaks the link.

Your idea is definitely better presented than OP (and their alt account). Still, the increased cooldown whenever the ability is leveled up seems unusual to me.

You are probably Zlonder's alt account. Doing the reverse psychology by making it look like it's me.

I advice you to look on all HoN heroes and see for yourself which hero has their ability's cooldown increased as it gets leveled up (Circe was the only hero, AFAIK). Here's the link: hon.fandom.com/wiki/Heroes

- Ballistic: becomes "Afrobullet" -> paint your face with a mystic black dye to gain extended cast range on your Q ability. Bonus cast range = 500/1000/1500/2000.

I got a new hero suggestion today:

Name: Flame dancer

Attribute: Agility

Ability 1: Music 'o sham' - Deals 100/150/200/250 damage and spins the hero (Crowd control) around for 2/3/3.5/4 seconds.

Ability 2: Apocalyptic flame - Imbues himself with flame aura slowing enemies by 20/25/30/35% for 3/4/5/6 seconds.

Ability 3: Circle of flame - Target a circle radius to stun the target for 2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds and deal 100/150/200/250 damage.

Ultimate: Dancing blade - Target a circle radius to throw a sword which spins and deals 200/400/600 damage.

Knowing the posts above me got deleted, I no longer alters your idea because I guess they broke the rules and I was close to that.

Again, your idea is pretty straightforward and your overall ideas get repetitive at this point.

Hey guys thanks for sharing some insight in this topic.
I come with some more hero suggestions...
1. Master of blades: Agility melee

ability 1: strikes the enemy 3 times with a blade causing 150/200/250/300 damage. (Strike)

ability 2: gain 10/15/20/25% damage gain for each point of agility. (Outlaw)

ability 3: turn invisible for 5/6/7/8 seconds and gain 10/15/20/25% movement speed gain. (Stealth of cards)

ultimate: Spin striking the area with blades causing 400/500/600 damage. (Master's call)

image: is a black suited warrior with a medium sized blade.

2. Baby king: Strength melee

ability 1: sleep the enemy and cause 50/100/150/200 damage for 4 seconds. (raddle)

ability 2: Imbue your sword with strength gaining 5/10/15/25 strength for 10 seconds. (Imbue)

ability 3: gain an aura which increases movement speed by 5/10/15/20% passive. (tides)

ultimate: Gain health incease of 5/10/15/20% for 6 seconds. (Medic boost)

Attack: Melee/Range

Ability 2: Activate to gain 20/25/30/35% movementspeed increase and 10/15/20/25% life leech for 6 seconds.

Ability 3: Passive- Gain 10/15/20/25 strength.

Ultimate: Turn into a dark spirit becoming a range attacker and gaining 25/30/35% damage increase for 8/10/12 seconds.

Tom, the Titan Cock

Attribute: Strength

Attack: Meele

Ability 1 Roost: Tom lets out a cock a doodle doo decreasing enemy's movement speed around him by 10/20/30/40% tappering for 3 seconds tom also passively increases all courier movement speed by 50% during day time.

Ability 2 Consume: Passive: Tom will eat anything killing creeps grants tom temporary health killing heroes grant even more temporary health. Active Ability: Tom can consume a target tree granting temporary health, Tom can also target enemy's granting temporary health.

Ability 3 Bird of Prey: Tom takes flight granting temporary short lived cliff/tree walking. Reactivating this ability swoops tom down to the ground like TDL dash, damaging enemy's with his claws.

Ability 4 Rampage: Tom becomes furious, someone attempted to take one of his chicks! Now Tom angry he gains increased status resistance reduced cooldowns on items/abilitys. Tom also increases 33% in size and becomes like a cliff completely unpassable. Once the effect ends tom re gains 50% of his current missing health.

hey guys/gals back with another hero suggestion:

name: dark blades

attribute: agility

range/melee: melee

ability 1: charge of darkness - charges at the opponent within 1500 range dealing 100/150/200/250 damage and stunning for 1/2/3/4 seconds.

ability 2: swift recall - gains agility of 10/15/20/25 (passive)

ability 3: drum of endurance - heals for 2/3/4/5 % maximum health every 5 seconds (passive)

ability 4: nights eclipse - turns the map into darkness granting himself and all allied heroes 10/15/20% damage boost for 5/6/7/8 seconds.
