Huge ping and low fps

Hello, after a good pause i decited to play hon but what happened to HoN? the ping is huge and fps drop way to much and i have a good Internet connection and PC, everytime i log in i am redirected to the client into thailand servers and in-game server are awfull aswell, any fix for this? I have 1GB internet speed. I am from EU and i select only EU servers the ping is always 80-100 and fps 80-100.

In dota i have 40-42 ping and 140+ fps

i5-6600

16GB Ram DDR4

GTX 1070 8GB

Windows 10 x64 Pro

Nvidia drivers are up-to-date
