Yes, just finished a game and couldn't requeue for next one and after relog same issue with no choice but public games. Guess it will be fixed soonish.

There's currently a power outage in one of IBM's datacenters that's hosting some of Heroes of Newerth infrastructure.
IBM onsite engineers are currently working on remediating the issue.

This issue is affecting many companies so IBM is prioritizing a quick fix for it. Until this is solved, many features in Heroes of Newerth will be disabled, such as clans, friend lists, and match making.

- 2021-04-06 15:35 UTC - MITIGATING - Power has been restored to the POD and engineers are working to bring up network and hosts and stabilize the systems.  We are starting to see recovery and continue to work towards full recovery.

 

Expect some instability for the time being, should be fully up soon!
