Can we talk about Artillery and his 61% winrate?

The E range change wasn't properly applied to the other skills, so that is why his win rate is so high (because some of his other skills got a slight buff without the E range being slightly nerfed).

It's considered a minor bug, and the proper bugfix will be applied to him next patch (as well as other additional changes).

Why would he be disabled? He's not broken in an unhealthy way. It's not like Xemplar last patch where he did 2x damage at such an early phase of the game where the numbers meant that people couldn't deal with him properly at that phase of the game, which meant he snowballed off of it.

 

To be quite frank, Artillery barely got any high-impact changes - I'm pretty sure this is just people rediscovering him.
