Are the servers down or is just me that i can't conecct to either chat servers or machmaking servers?

just a cuestion, was Balphagore mean to be unbanned w the new patch? thx for your time reading

i have only EU servers enabled and i'm from Spain

So i tried some matches after a couple months away and i am experiencing way to much lag compared to what i used to have (it's like it disconects briefly, some times it eats inputs and in general it takes to long to react to the ones it takes) , don't know if this is a problem w my conection or w the servers can anyone help me? sorry if this is not the apropiated subforun and thx for your time reading
