Bump for this - a friend of mine is having the same issue. We haven't been able to fix this.

The admin privileges are correct, the game should have no problems writing into a file. Which folder/file should I be looking at, exactly? So I can set that manually. Thanks!

Like the title says - every time I log into the game I have to agree to the privacy policy. Really annoying. And I've just reinstalled HoN a few days ago on a new PC, that's when the problem started.
