How can I change the game settings? Moving the edited game_settings.cfg file to Heroes of Newerth\game folder doesn't work, unlike the base.gamemechanics file. I guess it's different with .cfg files in general?

I remember there was a way to enable quick start games to test stuff in practice mode with a "test+++"-box. They could be started by pressing a button in the top left corner of the main interface with an arrow symbol. Does anyone know how to enable it?
