    It could be your connection to those servers. The lowest I have seen it was around 75 - 80, highest was 100+. I know the current company that is working on HoN are looking to upgrade their servers, but with all things need funds to do so. Maybe look into this on their donation page.

    The server ping varies. Make sure you are looking for matches in your region. As I know the HoN client defaults my search regions to the US west/east and the EU.
