  1. Hi ElementUser, I know this is a repost but you closed the other topic so I couldn't respond. Dampeer's fear has all the properties of a regular fear effect EXCEPT it does not take away control of movement from the opposing player. If that's a "feature" then sure but If you are running past Dampeer and he fears you, you still have control of the direction your hero runs. This is especially evident with haste, since the slow doesn't apply, you can continue to run by as if nothing happened. This IS replicable in Practice mode.
  2. Dampeer's Terrorize says it induces a 1 second fear on enemy units. However in practice it is just a 1 second slow. If Dampeer uses Terrorize on an enemy with haste they are completely unaffected by the 1 second fear. It is also noticeable that if Dampeer "fears" a target that is running away they will continue to run in that direction. This is not the case for other Fear affects in the game such as Maliken's Ulti and Hellbringers Demon Strike, which appropriately Fear the target causing them to run in circles for the induced time.
