I oversee daily operations on the game "Heroes of Newerth" (HoN) for the International Client and relay major issues to the appropriate personnel and follow up on them to ensure that the issues are resolved.

I also handle the Bug Report forums and am in charge of the vast majority of content for every single HoN patch.
