I think that the pinging system helps just about anybody convey very quickly to the team what they are thinking, or if they need help (especially if they are unable to speak English). I think a ping requesting to ward/counterward would be a great addition to the HoN ping system. It would also be great potentially for mentors training someone new with ward pings to help teach spots and the like. Maybe this could be added to the ping wheel? Regards, Etans

All great ideas. True, the blank spot at the bottom of the wheel is available. I think maybe the easiest addition for this feature code wise would be to assign a new hot key altogether (Perhaps Alt+W for ward, Alt+E for counterward by default? this way it's faster than typing if you are mid etc.) And maybe a macro saying requesting ward/counterward. This way no need to make a new image for the wheel, and still see if people like that feature in-game.

Watched some guys LAN all the custom game modes for boxing day for a few hours, and it was great fun to watch! I have no authority nor influence over the decision of this BUT, you've got my vote! My first priority for 2021 is to tackle TMM smurfing and exploiting issues first, once we get those out of the way I see no reason not to see if I could push getting a custom game back into the rotation ( again, this isn't my decision to make! )

Mac: The unsupported Heroes of Newerth Mac client is currently 32-bit. This means if you're running a version after Mojave on your Mac system you won't be able to play, since Apple dropped support for 32-bit applications. A 64-bit version of Heroes of Newerth Mac is currently in the works to support playing on Catalina and later, but it's not here yet. Let the weak leave if they don't want to keep playing. If you are not ready to win 4v5, 3v5, 2v5 and ultimately 1v5... you are not worthy to fight for Newerth. Never concede, never surrender. Lose with honor. Win humbly.

My though of this patch. Maybe it too late already:
