Hi everyone, this post was meant to raise community's thoughts on one of the current problems that some of us find unresolved within the management system, which is the lacking of coherent and ineffectiveness of the RAP system. E.g. there's an official HoN-server here: https://discord.gg/bqYWs5 If you want to make people understand the case, you could build a similar but fictional case. Like "imagine an SGM would respond to X with Y ....". Even if you copy 90% of the content, no one (but SGMs) will know ?.

Hey, Ceriss already told you. But I've already removed the information I believe to be not allowed. I'm not a fan of just nuking away critique on the system itself, so I'm not deleting the thread (but someone else might). No, we're not doing that because of maintainability (there are 2 other sources in the game that reduces cooldown & it's possible there may be more later). It sucks, but it's best for HoN until code changes enable proper support for it (which we have no idea how long it will take due to resources and other priorities).

Would it be possible for Grimoire to reduce the cooldown of abilities that have charges such as Gravekeeper's Q and Chipper Q? It's weird that a lot of the heroes that would get good value out of this item are crippled by the charges not getting reduced in Cooldown (or at least the tooltips don't show a change).

As a support main and off-time carry. For support. I go voodoo everytime. Like you said it pretty much keeps people under control, that hero is absolute fear to be against and discourages any attempt at trying to try something in the lane, especially if u pair it with a bursty carry, prefer ravenor, gemini. Then why are you even here? You don't have a better idea, and by your logic we should do nothing. You're like the kind of person that if someone introduced a vending machine, you're going to say, people will just break into it.
