Introduction

This section contains various strategy guides for Heroes of Newerth. These include guides for specific heroes, playstyles and more.

The main bulk of the user-submitted guides are located in the Guides[1] section.

Guides of exceptional quality are located in the Premium Guides[2] section.

How to submit your guide

To begin writing your guide, create a page for it by typing the desired page name after the wiki URL. The format should be like this:

[Guide subject]: [Author]

When you've entered page you want to create, click the Create button at the lower navigation bar and begin constructing your guide.

If you are creating a hero guide, you may use the Hero Guide Template as a basis for your writing to create a well-structured guide that is easy for users to read. Simply edit the template, copy the contents and paste them into the page you are making.

Please include categories into your guide. This will get your guide linked on the appropriate pages. This is done by typing Category:Guides in double brackets [[ ]] and the guide's subject after that, also in double brackets.

For example,
[[Category:Guides]] [[Category:Magmus]]

How to get your guide into the premium section

Premium guides are elected by strategy moderators. To submit your guide to review for a spot in the premium section, PM one of the strategy moderators with a link to your guide and why you think it is premium material.
