Many a soldier of the Legion has disappeared on solitary watches when the Succubus is at large, lured in by her seductive calls. Swollen with stolen life, this daemon offers no true pleasure to those who succumb to her advances, but all the same her name carries a certain terrible allure.

Smitten

Type: Magic - Target: Non-Boss Enemies
Succubus causes a target enemy to be smitten with her beauty. Drastically reduces all damage done by the target.

Heartache

Type: Magic - Target: Enemy Units
Succubus breaks the heart of a foe, and feeds off the despair it causes, simultaneously damaging the enemy and healing herself.

Mesmerize

Type: Magic - Target: Enemy and Willing Ally Units
Succubus mesmerizes a target. The target becomes completely disabled, and takes some damage over time. If any unit attacks the mesmerized target, the effects are passed to them.

Mesmerize Effects: Cleave Immunity, Stunned, 20 True damage every second, When attacked, Mesmerize is removed and transferred to Attacker.

Succubus' Hold (Succubus' Grip)

Succubus drains the essence of an enemy, dealing damage over time and stealing mana. While being drained, the target enemy is unable to act.

Applies Succubus' Hold to target for duration of the channel. Succubus' Hold Effects: Revealed, Frozen, Stunned, 100/160/220 Magic damage per second, 5% of maximum mana drained per second and given to inflictor. This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master.

Staff Effect: Increases damage from 100 / 155 / 215 to 155 / 215 / 270 .

Mesmerize Effect

The mesmerize spell is a very unique spell, and is therefor covered into greater detail below.

After being inflicted with Mesmerize, you will be completely invulnerable for a the first second. During this time, you cannot be targeted by any direct spells or attacks, and you will not take damage from AoE spells. During the remainder of Mesmerize, no damage that would not break mesmerize will damage you, except for mesmerize itself. Examples of this are Slither's and Salforis' ultimate abilities, that will completely cease to do damage for the duration of mesmerize.

Casting any spells on the target that deals direct damage to the target, will break the mesmerize, and do full damage. Attacking the target during mesmerize will transfer mesmerize to the attacker, and reset the duration. This can also be done by a friendly hero.
