On Use Effect
When toggled, makes your attacks do magic damage and reduces the targets magic armor by -5. Costs 75 mana per attack.
The More you Know
Targeting a magic immune target while Harkon's Blade is active will use your normal attack without costing mana.
When Harkon's Blade is activated, any attack, even a melee attack, becomes a projectile. Thus, effects like Zephyr's Wind Shield can reflect a melee attack when the user has a Harkon's Blade.
