why do you want the evasion component and the evasion in the recipe.
the attack modifier is however a good addition
well, for one, its good against carries. Miss is always nice when trying to stay alive.
The other reason is because the item theme I think goes really well with enfeeble.
Snake makes me think poison, which then makes me think weakened.

However I think it'd make more sense to have one or two :MajorTotem:'s and add a recipe to it, since the Enfeeble effect doesn't come from any of the components.
I am actually not sure if I should have just stats on this item though.
I might have 1 major totem, the +5 armor item, and then a recipe.
2 majors work too though, just not sure about the stats on the item.
All i know is that evasion works nicely on it. still floundering around with the actual "item stats"
Positive for the item but -15% physical dam is much for 300 recipe cost.
Maybe higher the cost if you want it to be this strong
or maybe lower the reduction i think, well just numbers.
i cant really see this being used on or against anyone but a carry, but if two carries fight and one has this, its a huge advantage. against support or spell-based chars, neither effect will have much use though, t-up for concept, not much evasion items anyway
Nice item, would be very useful in games with strong carries, I like it .
I suggest taking out one Major Totem and putting a Glove of Haste(Correct me if I'm wrong on the name). Making it +5 to all stats and +20 attack speed, it just seems to have a better synergy with the effect if the item.
