Description: The War Commander and nearby allies feel courageous and perseverant each time the War Commander kills a unit.

Duration: 10 seconds

Effect: Each time that War Commander kills a unit, nearby allies in a 300 radius gain a bonus 1/1.5/2/2.5HP reg/sec and gain 1 bonus armor for 10 seconds.
