Mechbot
Mechbot is a tank that is suppose to have a high life expectancy but at the cost of not being able to deal a lot of damage or having any disrupting primary skills. His ultimate, if used correctly, is however intended to really mess up team fights or to pick up ganks for his team.

Picture is from Mechano-Lord Capacitus in WoW (Mechanar, Tempest keep) and could be an inspiration.

R: Momentum - Mechbot grabs a target hero with his mechanical arm and starts spinning faster and faster. If released the target is thrown in the direction it is facing damaging and stunning any enemy targets near where it lands.

dmg: 50 - maximum of 200 / 50 - maximum of 400 / 100 - maximum of 600

Momentum lasts for a maximum of 5s. Trowing length, damage and stun duration increases depending on how long momentum is activated until released. If not released within the maximum time limit the target is dropped on top of Mechbot stunning himself for 2s. Mechbot gains magic immunity during the momentum. His target gains magic immunity and immunity to all incoming damage during the momentum.

Final note: The visual effect for Momentum should be Mechbot in the middle and his target rotating around him at increasing pace (like a track&field hammer thrower) making it harder and harder to aim the direction of the throw. Think Valkyrie regarding the stun duration. Think Hammerstorm regarding the impact radius. Requires timing skills both for the direction and for the distance the target is thrown away.

The idea with this Ulti is that it should be hard to master but a very powerful tool both for initiation purposes and saving your team mates.
