well I hate playing against arcane archers and I have only had this game for about 5 days and have played ALOT but im still a pretty big noob. but to me the arcane archer seems well...overpowered, here abilities all stun and all do massive damage and her skeletons are just a great bonus to have along with it. anyway anyone agree or is my noobness showing, lol.
BTW any good ways to deal with arcane archer would be great.
If you play as Soul Stealer you can kill her skeletons to get additional souls, then you'll greatly out damage her. Also since she doesn't have anything to run away with and her stun takes time to land and is telegraphed, she's pretty gankable.
Just for reference the character you're talking about is called Forsaken Archer.
Looks like your troubles are with the game in general, not just Forsaken Archer... try playing NM (non-EM) games and read up on Nome's Laning Guide in the premium section as well as the mini-guides to all heroes.

Just as what people above said, you should try to learn more about the game in common and find ways to counter heroes like this. There are quite a few guides to get you on your way.
Casual HoN
Only one of her spells stun, and thats a very obvious, generally avoidable one. If you see her shoot the green lines (arrows) up into the air, try and run a different route than she'd expect (i.e if you're running away and she shoots, run to the right or double back).
Her skeletons just need to be killed early, so kill them as soon as they spawn, they're always 1 hit kill. Her ultimate is again easily avoidable if you know how or when she's about to do it.
She's actually kind of bad.
She's a carry, and the only thing that she has over other carries is movement speed, something gankers (not carries) generally want.
Her strength growth is abysmal, forcing her to get survival items over damage items (Almost guaranteed that her first item will be frostburn). This means she can't suddenly come out of the forest with a million and a half items from ancient pulling.
To counter her, I'd say just gank her. That'd do the trick. She doesn't even have an escape mechanism.
Lol @ "arcane archer".
On topic: :fors: is an extremely weak (in that she can be killed very easily) hero. If she gets stunned even once, there's a good chance she'll go down. She's basically a high damage/low survivability hero. Her snare (it's not a stun, you can still cast spells) takes some skill to land and is easily dodged (listen for the sound of the bow, then sidestep a little and back off; don't run straight backwards). Her skeletons are one hit kills, and she can't control them. Each gives you 5 gold, and you can easily take them out whenever she tries to kill creeps since the skeletons will come forward as well.
She's harder to deal with as a melee hero, yes, but as a ranged hero you shouldn't have any problems. If you're melee, just keep in mind that it's not only her that's hitting you. The skeletons deal a good amount of damage + damage over time. But you shouldn't be 1v1-ing anyone being new to the game anyway.
Shes easy to kill
keep the pressure on her and just gank when u can with other ppl
Forsaken has a pretty low base attack damage early game, making it easy to deny if you are melee with a loggers hatchet. Also, you may not be this advanced yet but placing wards in their jungle is good because she can jungle fairly well with her skeletons...
Like already mentioned, Soulstealer is a great counter for Forsaken, just kill the skeletons and you get lots of free souls. Then proceed to deny everything she sees. Other counters include (although I dislike this it can be effective) putting heavy nukers against her (assuming she's solo), e.g. Pyro, Witch, Thunderbringer or Plaguerider. These heroes are however (with the possible exclusion of Thunderbringer) far better suited to babysit or roam however, so like I said, I dislike doing it.
