Well, the above picture is a very good representation of what he should look like. Long white hair (no facial hair though), six wings (I don't know about eyes all over his wings like in the Bible's description - well, probably as a texture), steel armor with some cloth/leather fragments, probably a cape. His main colors should be metallic grey, black and white. Tribunal's weapon of choice should be a longsword or some sort of long scimitar.
Most of the time hero's wings should be static, but upon usage of the Ascension skill, Tribunal should take off and float without touching the ground, just like 75 units above it. In this case wings should work as intended, helping him hover over trees, units and cliffs.
Ultimate should be animated like this: Tribunal's sword starts shining when he begins the swing, glowing replica of the sword grows bigger and more intense untill the actual impact happens. When attack's impact happens, rays of light strike from the enemy in diffirent directions for a brief second, the best visual comparison is a disco ball - rays of bright light with the source point in the middle of enemy model's skeleton, striking right through the enemy model's textures. Setting random rotation value to this effect can cause it to look diffirent every time we see it. This animation can look gorgeous without actually being hard to create.
Please, leave comments on both numbers and concept. I expect some nerfing to be done. Gonna provide alternative skills, but I need your opinions on the current layout first. This hero is a revision of my original Tribunal
