Yes
No
I was thinking for a way to fix the "new people issue". For the new players it's very annoying to be called names because their bad and for the longer HoN players it's very annoying to be matchmaked with new players. Then I thought of something very simple but (I think) very good:
When a new account is made, ask the player if he is new to HoN or not. If he's new to HoN he will not be able to play matchmaking until he has a certain amounts of games (50?) played. If someone just makes a new account or something, he can click that he isn't new to HoN and just play matchmaking immediately.
Of course people can just click they know the game and still ruin the matches, but this will filter a lot of the new HoN players out of the average HoN player matches![]()
Another idea is to force the tutorial to the new players!
Please tell me if you like this suggestion and why. Changes can be made if you got better ideas of course!
brilliant idea but it has it lacks 2 points
1 new people sometimes do not admit it..
2 people who know this can use it by saying ur noob...
but ofc i voted yes
If the question is something like:
Have you experience with playing HoN?
Then the new players will simply say "no".
Of course people can lie, but this will filter the most of the new players out of the HoN matches of the average HoN gamer![]()

I feel that this solution will do little, if anything, to solve the stated problem.
My mods: | Movable Frames | Spell Channeling Bar | Enhanced Buff Icons |

Why not just set matchmaking to one of the three levels like pub games? Newbies allowed, newbies tolerated, or no newbies, and allow the player to choose.
hey heres an idea, force all new account to play atleast x number of no stat games where only other new account can join.
and by new accounts, i mean accounts with 0 games played.
this way, brand new players only play with other brand new players. until they're more experienced.
the problem of people creating new accounts to kill newbs fixes itself once open beta ends.
