First of all i want to thank you for giving us this perfect game.
I also have a propose to you.
I am a greek, like many here,
Why you don't try to translate game into
Greek we can support like already we do
with our ideas and knowledge.
If this happen be sure that many people
will leave dota and lol and they will sign-up
here.

Since HoN can already change from one language to another, I think it would be pretty easy for S2 to add new languages. The only problem is the fact that they need to pay for the translation. Maybe users could use the stringtables from resources0.s2z to translate them in the language they want and post them somewhere here (community contributions?) and people could come and add corrections to the translation. When the translation is voted as reliable, it is then up to S2 to decide if they want to implement it into the game or not.

And even if S2 doesn't add the community created translation(since it would mean changing the UI to fit a lot more languages), it could still be modded into the game (this is only an assumption, so don't quote me on this).


TL;DR: community could create their own translation and maybe S2 will add it into the game.

Well, normally the community users translate the game on their own if they want to, unless it's something like Garena or similiar. There are actually a lot of custom made translations on the forums for almost every language.

guys you will never get a language translation from S2 in the "international" server. When you change language is all bugged and it only shows strings. So you have to download a user-made translation from the forums, and as Xvain said they are out of date but thats perfectly normal, its hard to translate a game and even more a game which updates every friday. Translating the game is not our job, but S2. So if u want the game in Greek you have to translate it with your friends or wait for a standalone server like latin america hon and asia.
