Host Drag and Drop players to swap slots (+mod)

I do hereby suggest that a games' host should be able to drag and drop player avatars to swap slots, in addition to the current color chooser menu.


While being dragged, the player looks like this:


This is a quick mod that implements this functionality:

I've added a check to make sure the person you are dragging is still in their slot before requesting a swap.
