Zartaka, the Blade Slinger
Favored mercenary of Hellbourne, Zartaka has a reputation of that speaks
of a effcient and ruthless man lacking basic human emotions such as
empathy and compassion.

Base Attack Time:
The blade slinger could probably be played as a ganker or fill a Visuals / Attack animation
role as a semi-carry. He can also use his ult to initiate team fights.
A dark armored muscular man carrying two blades that are attached to his
wrists by chains. When he attacks the "throws" one of these blades and
some mechanics attached to his wrist retracts the blade.
Zartka "throws" both his blades and uses the chains to create a flurry of strikes at their max distance.
Targeted spell that also affects everyone within 150 AOE of the target with a debuf.
Slows 50% reduced to 0 over debuf duration

Zartaka makes a short dash towards his victim and takes his both blades and jabs them upward into the victims belly/back.
Deals initial 25/50/75/100 physical damage. Deal basedamage times duration as in true damage as "dot" (max base + min base / 2 * duration). Channeled spell.

[Balance] Fairly long stun with decent damage. But low range so needs to get close to use. Situational since if the channeling is abrupted then low damage otherwise quite high damage.
[Synergy] Easier to get into range after Eviscerate.

Corruption of the land [Visuals]
Zartaka slams his dual blades into the ground, unleashing the dark energies ofthe netherworld which seep out and affect the ground. This results in a initial pulse and when it has reached is outer range the ground will turn a bit darker.
A channeled spell. Caster gains 15/25/35 armor for the duration. One inital pulse (that reassembles corrupted deciples) travels outward (700 speed) from where the blade slinger stands. This deals 100/200/300 magic damage. When the pulse reaches 1000 AOE it stops and the ground around him darkens. A debuff is applied to all enemies when standing on the tainted ground.
Deal 70 damage per second, movement reduced by 30/40/50%, mana cost of spells increased by 30/40/50%
