    Favored mercenary of Hellbourne, Zartaka has a reputation of that speaks
    of a effcient and ruthless man lacking basic human emotions such as
    empathy and compassion.

    Role
    The blade slinger could probably be played as a ganker or fill a
    role as a semi-carry. He can also use his ult to initiate team fights.

    Visuals / Attack animation
    A dark armored muscular man carrying two blades that are attached to his
    wrists by chains. When he attacks the "throws" one of these blades and
    some mechanics attached to his wrist retracts the blade.

    Zartka "throws" both his blades and uses the chains to create a flurry of strikes at their max distance.

    Skill Mechanics:
    Targeted spell that also affects everyone within 150 AOE of the target with a debuf.

    Debuf:
    Slows 50% reduced to 0 over debuf duration
    Damage 4% hp - armor / second

    Cooldown: 15
    Mana cost: 70/85/100/115
    Debuff Duration: 3/4/5/6 Seconds
    Casting range: 450
    Casting time: 0.5 Seconds

    Math example:
    lvl 1 on 500hp with 2 armor -> 20*3 = 54 damage
    lvl 2 on 800hp with 4 armor -> 36*4 = 112 damage
    lvl 4 on 1500hp with 10 armor -> 50*6 = 300 damage
    lvl 4 on 2500hp with 18 armor -> 82*6 = 492 damage


    [Uses] Use to initate a chase/gank. Use after landing a Gut Lift to chase longer.
    [Synergy] Improves with tainted blades. Easier to catch up for Gut Lift.

    Zartaka makes a short dash towards his victim and takes his both blades and jabs them upward into the victims belly/back.

    Skill Mechanics:
    Deals initial 25/50/75/100 physical damage. Deal basedamage times duration as in true damage as "dot" (max base + min base / 2 * duration). Channeled spell.

    Math without items and flat 20% physical damage reduction (inital damage*0,8 + (max base + min base / 2 * duration))
    lvl 1: 20 + 56 damage = 76 damage
    lvl 6: lvl 1 -> 20 + 70 = 90, lvl 3 -> 60 + 140 = 200
    lvl 12: lvl 4 -> 80 + 207,5 = 287,5
    lvl 18: lvl 4 -> 80 + 245 = 325
    lvl 25: lvl 4 -> 80 + 295 = 375

    [Uses] Hold a foe so your team can pound on them. Good damage 1vs1.
    [Balance] Fairly long stun with decent damage. But low range so needs to get close to use. Situational since if the channeling is abrupted then low damage otherwise quite high damage.
    [Synergy] Easier to get into range after Eviscerate.

    His blades turn a malevolent red.

    Skill Mechanics:
    Toggleable skill. Will apply -2 armor on autoattack. Effect stacks with skill level.

    Debuff Duration: 5 Seconds, refreshes

    [Uses] Either focus one foe to drop them fast or spread attacks to help team pull prople down faster.

    [Synergy] Synergy with Eviscerate due to the armor reduction.

    [Visuals]
    Zartaka slams his dual blades into the ground, unleashing the dark energies ofthe netherworld which seep out and affect the ground. This results in a initial pulse and when it has reached is outer range the ground will turn a bit darker.

    Skill Mechanics:
    A channeled spell. Caster gains 15/25/35 armor for the duration. One inital pulse (that reassembles corrupted deciples) travels outward (700 speed) from where the blade slinger stands. This deals 100/200/300 magic damage. When the pulse reaches 1000 AOE it stops and the ground around him darkens. A debuff is applied to all enemies when standing on the tainted ground.

    Debuff:
    Deal 70 damage per second, movement reduced by 30/40/50%, mana cost of spells increased by 30/40/50%

    Cooldown: 150
    Mana cost: 200/250/300
    Channeling rime: 4/5/6 Seconds

    [Uses] Initiation plain and simple.
