I like the hero, has a nice flow imagining it in game. I personally never found pugna all that exciting the play but this guy would be fun.

(Special thanks to roflwtfbbq and AvunaOs for the sweet sigs!)
    Rampage Changes
    Chaos Sorcerer [Intelligence Ranged]
    Ravener [Agility Ranged]

sounds really fun to play, i would give some tweaks to the manacosts and some cooldowns, you are giving him 4 INT per level.

Meaning, if you cast it at the 650 range( or w/e ), and they walk 1 units backwards, will it cancel the life drain? The drain should have a set range, yet travel longer than its set range. An example would be Witch Slayer's graveyard. The cast range is 500, but it travels for 700 units, so it doesn't become easily dodged.

Upped the mana costs of Atrocity and Soul Drain.

slunder shouldn't give all the debuffs to allied units, like the slow + -6 magic armor
    Should've pre-purchased during closed beta... Could've had a V8 too...

Remember it also makes them physical immunity. I wouldn't want this skill to be an easy mode free void talisman.

In order to use the skill effectively you have to make the judgement if you want to make your ally physically immune with the afterthought will he suffer to much magic damage as a result? It is a powerful skill and you have to make judgement calls when to use it and on who you use it.

I like skills that require more choice/decision.

Not dieing as Gravekeeper or even getting an assist is as successfull as getting an annihilation as Devourer.

    yeah true ...

but I think your heroe ganins to much int
    lvl25 * 4int + 27int = he will have 127int without any items
dont you think this is a bit much?

He has 4 active spells that have much higher then normal mana costs. By the time Necromancer is level 25 the size of his mana pool really wouldn't matter that much and his spells would lose effectiveness like most other Int Heroes.

The 4 Int once more is just to balance his massive arsenal. Pugna had around the same Int + Int gain, and is considered very balanced.

    I love his ultimate.
Great for countering support heroes, I agree.

His third skill is just wayy too overpowered IMO. 80hp/sec for 5 seconds with a 7 seconds cooldown? Which means he'd be able to cast this every 2 seconds?
Or if I misunderstood, maybe add some cooldown duration to balance this a little bit :P

As for Accursed, could the HP he gains with his ultimate kill him after he has healed? I mean if he healed from like 400hp to like 1200hp, would damage be done to him?

And how would his ultimate work?
Would it be (HP at end of cast time - HP at begining of cast time) = HP gained?
Or would the (HP gained counter) be increased everytime he heals 1HP, and reduced everytime he loses 1HP?

    :P
    F4F ftw
1000 hours of DotA 2 already.

Was about to say something like that... Massive, massive Int. Unnecessarily much...
