Add an option to hide full server games/disabled games and auto refresh game list

It should be great to add these options to clear the game list :

- hide full games in game list. A lot of times half of my game list is filled with full games I cannot join...
- auto refresh game list every X seconds.
- hide "grey" (disabled) games that we cannot join because of our level is to high (noobs games only)
