    Rampage's cast point

What is the cast point of Rampage's auto-attack? What is his backswing? Is the bonus damage from his passive just added into his normal attack?

I feel like this is mechanically different from Spiritbreaker, as it always felt like the bonus damage SB gained from his movement speed was a seperate attack w/ a cast point of 0.0. Am I wrong in thinking this?

Rampage doesn't have a cast point on his autoattack. He does however have an attack point which is 0.6s or 600ms. Backswing is 0.3s or 300ms. These numbers are listed here:

Yes, bonus damage from Might of the Herd is added to his normal attack.

No, you're not wrong to think this because it was like this in DotA for a while. However, they changed the mechanic in DotA so that the damage is directly added to Rampage's normal attack a while ago.

If Rampage processes a bash, is the attack point still 600ms? It always seems to mess up my last-hitting, but I can't tell if it's actually different or if it's just me.

I didn't see this in the link you posted.

It triggers on-attack start (meaning when you get within attack range of the target and triggers when this condition is valid and you issued an attack command - either directly or indirectly), not at the attack point.

That's why the bash comes out before the damage from your actual attack impacts the enemy.
