The report function is your friend. If you fight with another member, regardless of who started it, you're both at fault.
If you reply to spam, it is the same as spamming. The only acceptable action is to use the report function, or you will be given an infraction as well.

So, we made a noobs only game (Ie noobs allowed because 2 of us were past lvl6, but it says "noobs only" in the title). We had 2 friends who were new and wanted to learn... And I mean really new.
Anyway, the game goes on and we want to concede but one of those 2 guys was busy or something and had to go half-afk... And he wouldn't vote concede.
After ages waiting we tried to kick him, but the enemy thunderbringer and scout wouldn't let us, and the thunderbringer was trashtalking us for being so noobish (We'd lost interest like half and hour before and Swiftblade pretty much carried the team. You can see him trashtalking me for "blaming" our newbie friends xD). Anyway:
And now I'm scared.

It wasn't quite a serious game by that point... You can see in the first screenshot that I almost got kicked for afking at base xD Then I decided to continue a bit after the kick (Tried to farm at the forest with a Vanguard, but never got around to it).
We tried to concede early on, it wasn't exactly a noob only game as far as the other team was concerned... While we had an Ophelia who tried to Command a forest rat

15 reports a day in topics with 30 rule breaking replies PER THREAD (15x30 = 450. Not every post is reported but by the time the reports go out the topic is well on its way to being a page and a half of flames and insults.) and I have to delete, infract, and PM every user, and deal with their responses about why I'm wrong for doing my job.
