This is my first item suggestion, I hope you will like it.

Description
This item will be used with support/nuke heroes such as![]()
. It will work a lot like Stormspirit only that they will be locked into a box, they will get silenced, stunned and take 15% more damage under 3 seconds. And when you hit the box it will shrink and that will apply the 15% more damage since they will get squeezed in there.
Visual Effects
On usage the hero will throw a little box at his enemy that will expand more and more and finally open and will then close to lock the hero in the box. The box should be transparent with red hellflames around it.
The 3385 Gold you pay to achieve this item seems fair to me since it's 600 more gold than Stormspirit just to gain the 15% damage taken and you can hit the enemy while being disabled.

The Hellbox was to OP for the Money so i added Acolyte's Staff instead of Neophytes Book.
Umm... This is basically Kuldra... Except the enemy can't move... And they take more damage... Do not want...

Do you really need to be silenced whilst stunned? seems like some overkill.
Id never buy it tbh, it is 1000 less than kuldra, but doesnt give me the 400hp that kuldra does.
If you have any ideas for hellflower changes though, that i would like to see. Hellflower is terrible for its cost.

How do you get 400hp from Kuldras when it's only 10 str, afaik 1str gives 10hp, atleast in Wc3 (Haven't played dota so it can be higher hp gain per str there dunno if its editable to change the hp per str in wc3 maps tough)
And it's 1000 less than kuldra and you get a 3sec stun/silence and you do 15% extra damage under 3sec. So it's worth the money.
And being stunned is like being silenced, you can't do spells afaik.
Kuldra gives 200hp from the glowstone, and 10 strength. In both the W3 engine and in HoN its 19hp per strength, coming out at 390hp from kuldra approx 400.
Thats what i meant, why have silence when they are stunned, you dont really need it.

It would be pretty much the question of would you prefer:
Option A
- +15 MS
- A 3.0 second stun that increase damage taken
Option B which costs exacly 600 more
- 15 intel (195 mana)
- 190 hp
- 3.5 seconds of stun
- 10% attack speed
- 1.4 armour
Thats an assload of extra buffs just for paying 600g more. Why wouldnt you ever do it. Movement speed isnt that awesome.
Note: I am still not voting, as an item to rival hex is needed.
