Using the XplitteR's Model Changing Mod and this resource will result on the on-foot Valk.
This resource changes the entire Valk, not only the spear.
Is it possible to make it change ONLY the spear?
So would be possible to use the Mounted Valk and the shining spear...

Apparently this mod changes applies changes to the entire Valk files.
When I have the time I will see if I can make a .HoNMoD version.
Good news, everyone !
I've managed to create a .honmod version which seems to work with the Legendary Valkyrie avatar, too. So far, it only changes the image and trail effect of the javelin, I'm currently working on the sounds. I will keep you updated, I guess I will be done in a couple of hours. First time I've ever modded anything, so I still need to learn some modmanager basics.
Edit: I couldn't find any difference in the casting sound or the trail sound of the javelin. So I guess this is ready for release, soon.

Honestly, I have no idea.But feel free to test it, once my mod has been released.
I`m still working on it, I found out that there is a different sound after all. In the old version, she grunts "hhuuuaaarrrggghh" when throwing the javelin. Right now, I'm tracking this down...

I've tried your mod, and while it works with the alt avatar, it doesn't change the cast sound of the Legendary Valkyrie.
That is why I've released my own .honmod version, which does work completely with the Legendary Valkyrie. And I didn't want those hours spent on learning some honmod basics to be a total waste.

Btw. the files you have in the .honmod (e.g. the trail) won't do anything until you copyfile them. But you don't need these files, they are still in the folder.

Very true. I've used (and copied) them for my first version, but then I realized that I didn't need them. I will delete them.
Edit: Did you test your mod with the Legendary Valkyrie avatar ? The normal one does the grunting sound for me, too. But the Legendary wouldn`t.

Hehe after you "complained" I took another look and found my mistake... I just forgot that there is a new model.mdf to alter.
It's fixed (tested) and will never banned (post below).
S2 didn't delete the files, why not use them.
