A little about the skills
The Rage burst its basicly a front coe stun \_/ <- like that dealing small damage a little damage 225 at max and requires being hit to be more effective making it less imba.
Eye Contact is pretty much like Maliken ult effect but a little bonus being that the target has to be facing you like 160 degress or so back or sides have no effect thus giving microing a little more than it deserves. Also adding movement speed and random direction to run with unitwalking to give this ability a small luck factor as run away or towards tower matters.
Angry presence passive much like accursed but when being hit. It gives again a nice chance to escape or deal the damage needed to finish a battle. Also one of my thoughts was that it would allow RAGE to be build more flexibly tank / ganker / cc
Moment of Peace (MOP) <3 is interesting in a way that it deals tons of damage but has a high chance of being interrupted. Basicly it deals 125 physical next hit 250physical thus 375physical (2hit/Lv1). Lv.2 adds 1 more hit which makes 125+250+500=850 and Lv.3 125+250+500+1000=1875 OOOPS! Now its IMBA wtf are you thinking?!?!! NOOB?!Now every attack has 1 sec delay and each strike pushes back 200units. The ultimate is activated but once activated player loses control over the RAGE and it continues attacking closest target allowing someone to step in for lower damage (125) and its vulnerable to stuns / table of command. Also when activated someone has to be within 400range or slow debuff is activated and ultimate fails.
