Anyone know a good program to make GIFs? Im not good at graphics or anything like this so it's got to be simple... i want to make some animations from few games (also HoN) i don't mean full size animations just resized for actions (for example some ultra kill)
i already used google but there's a lot of informations about useless programs ;x i want to do something at this size not in 1360x768

I've some 'movie' in KMP and all i want is just to make a gif from a small square not with all this things in background in super big size ;x I just don't know how to cut square at this size from a movie/animation except doing it frame by frame

Please note that .gif images have been disabled in signatures
Photoshop's bundle "ImageReady" is the best gif creator I've used. As of CS4 they're supposed to have incorporated the gif creation into Photoshop.
Or you could just use fireworks.
