I was thinking maybe a pop-up after a team concedes or they lose that has a disconnect button, or if that would be too annoying maybe a way to Disconnect using keypresses, anything but opening up that ****ing menu for everything, maybe a little button bottom right that pops up saying disconnect/stay, when one team loses. it wouldn't bother anyone and it'd be convenient.
