Legion Civilized (LC) Due to patch 0.3 our recruitment bot needs to be re-worked. Please be patient while it is brought back to full functionality.
What is LC?
Legion Civilized is a casual clan that accepts players of all skill levels. We seek to promote a friendly, laid back environment for those that dislike the rage commonly found in most public games. Our in-houses run most hours of the day, and we play everything from competitive minded games through extremely silly no stats.
What does LC offer?
- An extremely active forum.
- A high bandwidth Mumble server. (Mumble is an open source VOIP program that is built to run efficiently on all operating systems)
- LC_Bot - our fully functioning clan bot that alerts members when in-houses are being hosted, gives information on recruits, and offers some fun time killers in between games.
- Fully developed rule enforcement system to ensure that if a problem does arise it can be handled in a fair and non-biased manner.
- A clan website (with unique domain) that will accommodate clan growth.
What are the requirements?
- 10 positive votes from current LC members. Each LC member is free to give their positive votes in any way they see fit. Most of the time you will receive a positive vote after playing an in-house. It is the recruits job to remind members to vote them up if they like them.
- 3 VALID negative votes will result in your rejection. All negatives votes require an explanation when they are submitted. If the accusation presented in the negative vote is of a heinous nature, and is substantiated by others, the recruit may be rejected with less than 3 votes (ie., making racial or other direct attacks). All negative votes are reviewed by an officer and if there is question the recruit will be contacted to explain.
How do I join?
If you're still interested in joining just use the following command in game:
/w LC_Bot register
The bot will confirm your registration, and it will send you a /w each time an in-house is hosted.

I tried to get in last time, went on vacation and when I got back I was rejected with +3/-0 =(
We recently closed recruitment and all inactive recruits with less than 5 + votes was removed from the bot. If you would like to reapply, please feel free to do so on Monday when the Register command is active again.

LC sounds great! I will register with the bot sometime tomorrow. Do you guys host many games on the USW server?
We primarily host on USE to be fair to our Euro, American, and Canadian players.

LC does have some nice people and some brains behind them, mostly this

Great idea! Clan RawR now has it's own bot as well.

I assume this is because you didn't have enough + when recruitment was closed, and you'll be able to re-register when it is reopened.
We'll work on fixing this so the one that were denied due to recruitment closing have a chance to reapply.Thanks for letting us know rubenlegrand.
