playing a game, im the carry swift blade. 9-3. we are at their throne. they decide to call a kick vote on me because apparently its hilarious and it got passed.
there needs to be limitations on this somehow. whether its a feeding score required or something.
that is funny...
on topic: i see no reason to put any sort of limitation on voting, other then making it 7 of 10 needed instead of all 10
I have not witnessed this yet. I fully agree that you should not have been kicked from the game. I'm all for a score implementation for kicking requirements.Originally Posted by Gipp

kicked player shouldnt get a loss or a disconnect. since it requires both teams, i guess it canīt be exploited by 1 team of friends only.

i have not yet seen it get used to kick a "feeder" because most of the time the other team declines it because they win off your feeder.
i have only seen it used to kick people who disconnect so they can get the items faster which in my opinion is wrong unless the person obviously rage quits because sometimes **** happens like you lose internet connection suddenly.
a team of friends can easily abuse this feature.
in my case, i dunno if my team were friends. i just hate carrying a team (dominated my lane so bad that their 2 other heroes were level 1 while my lane was level 3) and getting a loss/disconnect at the end because people think its hilarious
now you can say this is rare, and yes it probably is. its just the fact that it is possible to do.
perhaps make kick not available when throne towers are down or something
A feeding score wouldn't work in all cases, because there are times you'd want to kick someone who maybe has an unimpressive but not "bad" record because they're doing stupid crap or afking a lot or other sorts of stuff.
I think you getting kicked was a weird thing, maybe both teams had friends on them or maybe you were being a total jerk or something... I really don't see this being a common problem whatsoever just because it requires so many votes to pass.
Also, I've played and seen plenty of feeders kicked from games. Many people just want a good game over anything else, only once or twice have people on either team decided to be dumb and not kick an obvious feeder.
I see people get kicked for not clicking "concede" more than anything though, to be honest.

I played now slightly over 100 games and i must say, that everytime if someone was feeding and there was a call to kick him the oposite team did not vote yes for kick him. That's really annoying since they already got feeded and then they still ***** around and don't want that the feeder leaves.
I definitely agree that kicking should not count as a loss or disconnect, it's far too open to abuse, even if it is only in rare cases. I've had **** like this happen to me and I was less than impressed to say the least.
Also seeing people trying votekick someone who won't concede is rather annoying.
How the hell did the vote pass on you in the first place? Why the hell would their own team kick their player if he wasn't somehow ruining the game?
I have NEVER had anything even remotely similar to this happen, in fact the opposite, almost impossible to get ANYONE kicked (including people actively trying to ruin the game) because there's alway someone not voting or just being an ass.
