Hatchet Damage is the amount of damage you deal if you have a Logger's Hatchet. (34% more if you're melee, 14% more if you're ranged).
Just a heads up, I needed to remove the onevaluate, onresize, and onposition attributes from movf_frame for the next version, as they will cause problems with multi selection.
I looked through the code and saw that you are using onposition, but I don't see any reason, in this case, that you can't use onset instead.

version of 1.02 isnt correct, it autoupdates all the time to 1.02 but still shows v1.01 in modmanager
is it just a typo or is the download incorrect?

In the HoN Mod Manager, "View Thread" doesn't point to any specific thread ID.
