    Tablet of Intervention

    Tablet of Intervention

This is my second idea for upgrading the Tablet.

The Tablet of Intervention contains a powerful glyph that allows the wielder to call for a supernatural intervention from their diety (Legion will have a shiny light visual effect, hellborne will have a dark rotten visual effect) onto a target hero.

This gives the Tablet of Command more of a support role.

With a 650 unit push and buff resistance, this item would be very useful for pushing an ally out of a variety of situations (landed ganks, chronos ult, panda ult, succubus ult, perma-stun, etc...)

    - Shield of the Five 803
    - Tablet of Command 2040
    - Helm of the Victim 950
    =
    - Tablet of Intervention 3793

    +20 Intelligence
    +10 Agility
    +10 Strength
    +10 armor
    +5 hp/s regen
Active Ability - Single Target - 50 mana cost, 25 second cooldown - Pushes target 650 units in the direction the unit is facing.
*If target is an ally they receive Blessed for 5 seconds.
*If target is an enemy, they receive Cursed for 5 seconds.

    Blessed Effects:
    +4 hp/s regeration
    +2 armor
Negative buff duration reduced by 50%

    Cursed Effects:
    Health regeneration disabled
    -2 armor
Negative buff duration is postponed until after Cursed is done

The push from this item disjoints attacks and spells that are being carried out onto the target.

Please comment with feedback on numbers and what you think about the concept. Thanks.

I really like the concept, but the numbers on the heal/armor seem to be a bit high!
    T-up though

Pretty expensive for the stats, perhaps add a damage / reduced armor effect for pushing enemies.

Interesing item. A nice upgrade to the underused tablet of command. Good item for a support hero. Not very expensive, altought not cheap either, gives nice stats and is great for both saving ally heroes from the verge of death by both healing him and taking him away from danger. Very nice. Thumbs up, would love to see this in-game.

Also, I would really appreciate some feedback on my Astral Mage hero if it is not a problem to you

Too many healing items as it is. Make it give + % movespeed on allies so it's more effective for chasing.

However, the items don't make sense at all. No support hero is going to want either of those items.

    Damn good idea!

I voted Yes, but I think that it's really Cheap for the effects.
Maybe you should add a recipe To my mind ...

Love the concept, but i don't see any justification for the Helm of the Victim.

Update - I changed this item around a bit. Let me know what you think. No longer heals, but alters armor and movement speed.

Really nice idea! Would be a great tool for interrupting Ult's, especially in 2v2 it's gonna make a big difference!

Hell no. Does entirely too much. You could get 99% approval and this won't make it into the game.

I disagree with the "it does too much" comment.

Although, you might want to knock down the bonus armor to say +2/3 and -2/3 as 5 armor is way too much. Particularly if this will stack with Shield breaker (as it will)

thanks docterj. I I figured the ally bonus armor might not be too much because Shield of the Five grants +2 to everyone in a radius so in a way that's kind of a nerf since its just one person. I think that you're right about the enemy armor debuff though.

Forfeit, I could have everyone in HoN sign a petition saying they wanted an item in the game and I would still have next to no chance at having the item implemented. The item/hero suggestions are, as I see it, mainly to generate ideas about what could be added to the game, what the game could use or what it should not use. If you think that this item is something that should not be added, that's fine, but please state why. Thanks.

a 650 distance vector push + slow seems really really good (when used on enemies)

picture zephyr's gush with a 3 second slow added too it.

maybe just the push and the armor loss?

I guess you missed this part.
    Does entirely too much.
A vector push (op) for 650 range (op) combined with an armor buff/debuff? I see you removed the slow, which was also op.
