I did personally make the tagwall however.
I forgot to mention I've been goin on photoshop for sigs for 4+ years, web graphics for a few years now. Let me know of any feedback or criticism much appreciated.
The psd is around 17MB, considering i duplicated a high resolution render multiple and multiple times. I also hope you guys dont rip off of it, so if you want it, just PM me or post here. Red and roflwtf i PMed you the link
(I dont label like any of my layers so it might be a little confusing, if you have any questions just ask.)
Edit: Btw the first layer (background) is just the normal size of the render placed in the sig

I won't rip it, just wanna check it out, the labour to which we just see the product..
use the default brushes, use around the 40-50px spatter brush,leaf brush, or chalk brush.
go to brushes->shape dynamics 100% angle jitter, maybe around 50% size jitter,
and then brushes->scattering around 180-220% scatter with both axes, count of 1, count jitter at 0,
brushes->other dynamics set the strength jitter to 100%, make sure smoothing is on
Tone down the strength to about 30%
Smudge away try to use smudging on like black and white and then adding color in later.
