Ok So its not a huge problem but it makes sense. Once your team has pushed and destroyed one lanes Tower melee and ranged barracks. There creeps should no longer spawn from were the barracks used to be but the World tree or Shrine.
The reason being allied creeps can infiltrate the base and attack the world tree/shrine while that bases creeps spawn behind them and run down the lane.
In my opinion and in a fair state of balance if a lane has there barracks's removed creeps will spawn from there tree/shrine.
Who thinks so?

Yep this is quite annoying sometimes, because you will sometimes have 1 creep attacking the world tree while all other ones are dead, and the ones that spawn don't attack that 1 creep.
Sorry can't help spamming sometimes. Especially when i can't imagine some1 disagreeing with this idea.

I understand what you are saying, but it would change the game. If you are trying to destroy someone's home tree and they have destroyed your 'racks in a lane that means you'll have megas spawning out of their tree at you. Not that it is a bad thing, but it is more of a significant change than you are anticipating.

Yea it seemed stupid to see creeps pile up from an invisible spawner.
indeed thats the plan its not a total turn around for the winning team its just helps the loosers a lil more
