Furthermore I can't display the 30 sec guides with <label>, don't know why. Think the text is too long.

Also I don't have a clue how <textbox> works. If someone knows a mod which uses textbox, please tell me.

Maybe I find a way to use long texts or someone can tell me a way to do it.

Would <textbuffer> work? I recently updated the element's wiki by adding a description and some useful functions that are usually used with it.

Usually he update the mod pretty fast so just wait. He did a great job so far.
If you don't know this mod is based on a thread (mini guides for all xx heroes) so it won't be update till the original guide thread will be updated.
So far Newty, the guides author has said "probably next week"

It's similar to how the changelog works (I actually also used their same colour scheme for items, abilities and heroes). I'll send you a pm.

I'm done with big help from Silv3ri with the 30 sec mod. It's a seperated mod. Installation is easy. .honmod into mod folder and extract guides.zip to game folder.

It's postition and size is controlled by Movable Frames.

Like I said it's a seperated mod for better maintaining and for your personal choice. You have to use both if you want everything.

Hmmm, I can't try it atm, but I think practice ****s up some things? So maybe try it in a real game, if it doesn't work then you can just hide it with movable frames?

You have to extract the guides.zip into your game directory. All the guides are separate from the mod. The link for guides.zip is in the first post (just a little hard to find). Once extracted, C:\Program Files\Heroes of Newerth\game\guides\ should contain a lot of text files (and not a guides folder inside the first guides folder!).

I thought this would be clear enough " Extract guides folder to ...\Heroes of Newerth\game\ so that all the .txt files are in ...\Heroes of Newerth\game\guides\"

But I hope Silv3ri explained it better and I knew that at least 4 people would flame about it

Simple suggestion:
Make a version which includes both the mods. I'd like to use just 1 button to open them both instead of clicking the two different buttons

The regular mod (not with guides) both displays recommended items and has a button to toggle skillbuild too

I can't get it to display the text. I'm certain this is user error, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I put the crsettings.xml and /guides/ in my game/mods/.. dir, but it's not workinggggg

What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
