DotA item mod

Hey I tried searching for this but came up with nothing. I have some friends who are in the process of switching from DotA to HoN. They are picking up the heroes really well, but are struggling with the items.

I was wondering if it were possible to create a mod that lists the dotA name under the HoN name when scrolling over the item.

This mod would be extremely helpful to players who are attempting to switch over.
