Lock Target (v1.80, Jul/04/2010)

Ok I did a buncha random stuff and come to this conclusion:
I can't change the hotkey for the attack target bind
If I open the options menu from the FE2 side it clears my primary button
I can only change the primary button hotkey ingame using the F10 menu > options

I just tested v1.51 and it works fine.

Try this:
-Disable the mod
-Launch HoN
-Go into a practice match
-Right click somewhere (doing so will unapply the previous locktarget binds and revert them to the standard binds)
-Quit
-Apply Locktarget (no other mods)
-See if it works

-Left click is broken

Did you do everything else I told you to do?

What precisely is the problem? Before you said you couldn't bind Attack Target. Now you are talking about left-clicking.

There's two problems it doesnt let me bind my hotkey and left clicking breaks when i hit f6

Ok.

Unapply locktarget and all other mods.
Startup HoN and manually bind the following to whatever you want:
-Primary Button
-Order Attack
-Order Patrol
-Order Move
-Cancel
Close HoN.
Apply only locktarget.
Startup HoN and then close it as soon as everything loads.
Upload your startup.cfg

Weird I wasn't sure what I did but by itself lock target works fine now however when I apply my other mods with lock target F6 breaks left clicking but if I remove lock target and keep all other mods it doesn't break left clicking...

Go through the mods one at a time and figure out which one is causing the issue with locktarget.

I think this mod is causing me to 1. Not be able to double click a hotkey to centre screen there 2. Not be able to accept swaps

Would test my unapplying it but don't know enough to know if that's a valid test.

Edit: Or I guess it could be Lemi's FPS scoreboard, or a combination of the two. The rest of the mods worked fine before.

no biggie just re-bind left-click in your f10 options and never hit f6 again xD

edit: can't be lemi's scoreboard, since im not using it

I have this sometimes, but a game restart fixes it :<
when it happens its not fixable with rebinding or doing stuff, just a restart :<

To elaborate: I like assigning my hero to 1 (ctrl + 1), and then centering my view on my hero by double tapping 1. This mod disables that sometimes - I haven't figured out exactly when it does or doesn't.

It will disable that whenever you have a target selected that is inactive (ie. in the fog)

Double tapping "F1" still works.
As does pressing "C"

This mod does NOT clear ANY binds.

Make sure you are using the FE2 interface to change binds. DO NOT use the ingame interface (ie. the options menu you would get by pressing f10)

It works fine for me, I have no problems. So, in order for me to fix any problems that you have, YOU need to help.

I posted a series of troubleshooting steps in the last two pages. Read them, follow them, and then report back.

i cannot physically change the bind of your 'attack target' bind. i click on it in the menu and i click on change binding then it tells you to press a button but does not recognise the button you press and then deletes all your other binds. i will try uploading my startup cfg to this thread
