Announcing Auto-Balancing

There should be an announcement about auto-balancing and give it a 5 second warning which you can't start before people can get a say about the swap of team. This is because there is a good chunk of people that play with a friend or multiple friends in a public game without a friend hosting it.

This should also include forced swaps from the host while in lobby.

Auto balance is intersting and annoying at the same time. right now where PSR isnt a good indicator you can get a 1450 player with a 1.0 kdr or a 1450 player with a 0.1 kdr or worse. I think it just uses psr, should use kdr/assists to go with it.
