anyways, the idea of a good mannered clan sounds good on paper, but most of the shittalking you get is back and forth from the opposing team and your team, so having one good mannered team v a bunch of pubs tends to only benefit the group of pubs but have fun anyway

This isn't true. The noobs will be able to find a game with people they know, be able to ask questions without getting yelled at for asking what to build or where to buy it. The other team can talk all they want, if there is good mentoring going on eventually the noobs will get better, and will be able to help others...etc.
