I might consider doing this thanks for the suggestion
Andro: I should add in some more details for the headings. The ticks and crosses are there to show if say the hero has the capability to solo rather than it being recommended.
Engi: I do agree with this I'll review the items
Moon Queen: I'll swap out the post haste with steam boots (either is recommended in the guide)
Slither: There's only 1 for SlitherI'll post up an alternate up to date build
Thanks for the feedback guys!
You mutilate a few of the premium guides pretty badly, especially when it comes to "luxury items" which often contains items you would never even think about getting in the lategame.
Stay premium, gentlecolts.
Hence why they are called "Luxury Items". If the game actually lasts that long then they are some suggested items that you could get. Every match will be different depending on your own team and the enemy team make up.
Although which of the premium guides are you actually referring to?

I think your Chronos section needs to be modified. Buying the Iron shield and 2x fortified Bracelet is certainly not core. Thats ~1500g that should be spent elsewhere such as your Runed Axe which is core. Also getting 3 minor totems to start with is a slight waste, if you want minor totems get 2, which can be turned into a power-supply if needed. To build your core before anything else would greatly reduce his farm.
Check Out My New Premium Chronos Guide Here. --- 0% Easymode --- (My GPM was actually 790 below, endgame figures are inaccurate)
OMG this website propose puzzlebox in the core items of engineer xD
Its look really strange
awesome siteexactly what new players to the game need! keep it up!
Swapped out Chronos' guide for Blue_Aura's premium guide
Made some tweaks to hero items.
Included Chu's chipper guide![]()
pestilence guide has error on boots. not phase, stemboots instead. Also a lot of guides missing.
Yikes... this is a daunting undertaking man. Props for doing it, but maintaining a full set of guides will be a challenge. I like that they are very simple though, most people just want to know items and builds once they've played a char, with a few notes.
There are probably a lot of places where you could add important tips/tricks into the notes... i.e. double-stacking camps for legionnaire or how the combo actually works for pebbles.
My comments on the heroes I know a bit about:
Hellbringer:
Can solo (says he can't)
skill build: Most people say max boil asap, with shackles or void being player's choice. Yours says boil last? o0
Post haste... why? Just get steamboots or ghost marchers
Harkon's could be added as a luxury item
GLACIUS:
Looks good, might add sheepstick as a luxury.
NYMPH
Questionable build. At a minimum if you're taking early stun you take it at level 1 for rune fights/gank avoidance.
Mana regen rank 1 is almost useless, needs to be 2 or 3 early on.
POLYWOG
Can solo lane.
Should probably get plated greaves not steamboots.
TEMPEST
Can solo lane.
DSHAMAN
Nullstone and sac stone are definitely not core.
Shrunken head probably shouldnt even be listed, I've never seen a situationw here dhsam needed one of these.
KOTF
Why minor totems at start when you're buying a hatchet anyways? Monkey + hatchet + runes
Portal key should be luxury imo. You can place ult fairly reliably just using stealth.
LEGIONNAIRE
His terrifying charge is completely missing, should get 1 rank at level 4 then max it after taunt/whirling are maxed.
Discontinued? To my mind best guides mod in HoN......![]()
Looks like this site is dead, last update was in June. This is dissappointing as the guide mod looked like a nice one to use, although after looking in it, they desperately need to be updated.
Any updates coming in the future?
I have to agree with this, it's been my quick go-to page for a quick run down on heroes I don't play often. You just CTRL+F and type in whatever comes to mind whether dota name, hon name or nickname.i don't own the site
also the premium section has this guide which is pretty much a finished version of what he is doing.

That imo beats the 'user friendly' guide because I dont have to click anything here, just ctrl+f, type, enter key. But the minor totem does look quite nice, i'm not sure i'd trust it though. If it had several item builds it'd be a lot more helpful.
It kinda surprised me that within the table of HoN/DotA heros you said Maliken is port of Puck, since Bubbles is.![]()
